I’ve met some crazy girls in my life to prepare me to meet Cielo. She’s as crazy as she is gorgeous. Today is her fourth birthday. BLACK WEDNESDAY. Her being revolutionize the entire Planet. How incredible. I’ve lived a super happy life all my life and I have had huge turning points of course, but the biggest has been meeting her. For those of you who don’t know her story, I was in Monterrey for a day on a business trip and she was going to be sold to a pet store in Monterrey for 100,000 pesos (5,000 US dollars), and I knew the guy that had her. I kept hearing over his speaker phone how the other guy kept saying “Its too expensive, it’s too expensive” with the least concern about Cielo not being a piece of furniture. My head started spinning and I just said “To hell with it, she’s not going anywhere, she’s mine.” I hung up the person’s phone and I wanted to kill him honestly but my cousin (Who was friends with him) kept getting in between. I told that guy that Cielo better be sent to my home in Mexico or that I would kill him, I was furious and couldn’t believe the lack of Love toward a living being. Cielo was sent to my cousin’s house in Monterrey for 10 days because she was too small and I’ve never touched a Big Feline before. I called my gf at the time and told her: “Pack me some things, we’re moving to Mexico”. I didn’t return to LA for 20 months. Not goodbye to my friends, to my house, to my things, nothing. Cielo took everything away. I couldn’t be happier. Happy Birthday Empress, you’ve changed the world...
