#9monthspregnant ??As you know today is among the greatest gifts we have ever been given. Let’s use it wisely and refuse to waste a single one. ?? #37weekspregnant and enjoying the last couple weeks of this pregnancy ❤️ it's been quite the journey! I've been asked how much longer I intend to workout and I think next week will be my last week (although I've already decreased my exercising to 2x a week & lowered intensity)
Btw I've been craving this Salted Caramel Chocolate Peanut butter Banana smoothie ( I should really come up with a shorter name for it ?) read below for recipe ?? or you can find more smoothie recipes and of course at home pregnancy workouts in my BIO ?
1 cup almond milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons vanilla or chocolate Greek yogurt
1 scoop @proteinworld salted Caramel protein powder
Blend with a few ice cubes and enjoy !
