Ingredients

Carrot, shredded 4 Ounces
Celery, thinly sliced 2 Ounces
Shitake mushrooms, removed stem, sliced 4 Ounces
Noodles, dried 8 Ounces
Red bell pepper 4 Ounces
Cooking oil 3 Tbs
Green onions, chopped 2 Stalks
Beef, thinly sliced 8 Ounces
Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce 2 Tbs
Premium Soy Sauce 4 Tbs

Directions
1. Soak dried noodles in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Stir fry beef with 3 Tbs oil for 5 minutes. Add-in the rest of the ingredients.
3. Cook chow mein for another 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions.
5. * Add Chili Garlic Sauce for a spicy kick top your dish.
