In Paris for work and admiring the Illustrations of Antonio Lopez. Born in Puerto Rico in 1943, came to New York when he was seven. His mother was a dressmaker, his father sculpted mannequins.
In 1969 he moved to Paris along and became a friend and associate of Karl Lagerfeld, staying there until the mid-1970s. Antonio became known for taking (now iconic) Polaroids of his young model friends Jessica Lange, Jerry Hall, Grace Jones, Tina Chow and @patcleveland. His illustrations remain as influential to fashion today as they were then. KayX
