One year ago today, we took a chance and opened our little bakery across the pond, not knowing what would happen, with a hope that we could share a bit of what we do with you all in London. We were greeted by a few hundred people and so many smiling faces even before we opened the doors that morning, and I will be forever grateful to everyone who has visited us at @DominiqueAnselLondon over the past year, and so thankful for an incredibly dedicated hard-working team.
