Zoom in to see part of the reason why it took us one year and three separate trips to finish filming #ClimbkhanaPikesPeak. Yep, that’s SNOW falling. In August. At 14k feet above sea level, Pikes Peak has some wild weather year-round. We experienced snow, hail, rain, severe winds, lightning, and wild thunderstorms that came and went at a moment’s notice. Not awesome when you’re trying to film a consistent look for a whole video, and control 1,400 methanol fueled horsepower.
