We never want what we have??‍♀️ most of us are like that, and what could we do? First of all we gotta learn to love ourselves no matter what, otherwise we won’t respect us. For a lot of you, being thin is what you’d like right? For me, it isn’t and since i had Alexandra it is very hard to gain some muscle weight and i’m thinner than ever. And i don’t like it ?‍♀️ But day by day i work hard trying to find new rutines that help me get my goal. Do you know what you want? Then go for it, no excuses!??
