"I want to get better, I have more drive now than I think I ever did, maybe it’s because I can see, who I am, I feel like I’m learning, I feel like I’m getting better, I feel like I’m better now than I was ten years ago and I’m thinking maybe in ten years I’ll be even better. My whole motivation now is I feel like I’ve got the security thing kind of sussed out at the moment and this is what I keep telling everybody in the factory, I don’t want to get bigger, I want to get better."

If you swipe to the last video, there's Rick's beautiful cat Hortensia and his voice assertively telling me that harbouring anxieties (which I do... all the time) is a tad self-indulgent and that you have to have discipline than that. ???????????? Rick, please be my life coach?
