[HAPPENINGS]: The Sleep Science Event @mo_landmarkhk ? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The Oriental Spa presented a workshop, sharing tips on how to improve our sleep and insights into the science behind the benefits of good sleeping patterns. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The main tips that I learnt was; drinking cherry concentrate, which is great before bed, and also milk. Be smart about napping, 30 or 90 mins. Dim the lights leading up-to bedtime. Limit caffeine, alcohol and heavy dinner. Make preparations for the next day in a to do list. Keep your room cool.
