1. I don't do physical activities yet here I am crossing the finish line just returning from a 3 mile hike in torrential rain after I was lowered 400 ft into a volcano.

2. We are dressed head to toe in neon yellow.

3. I did something that scared me but I pushed past my comfort zone.

4. I did this with my partner in life. My love. My husband. @imdeanmcdermott .

5. I made it. I f*%king made it! Cue " We are the Champions" by Queen.
