Aerial images reveal the devastation after #HurricaneMaria tore up Puerto Rico a week ago, killing at least 16 people and leaving nearly all 3.4 million people on the island without power and most without water.

#Maria was the strongest hurricane to hit #PuertoRico in nearly 100 years and officials say the cost of recovery will dwarf that of the punishing Hurricane Georges in 1998. The relief effort has been concentrated in San Juan and many people outside the capital say they have received little to no help.
