This French-inspired dessert has got a Japanese twist with a kick of intense matcha flavour, adding both the captivatingly earthy undertones as well as loads of antioxidants and energy you need to fuel your day!! ? Without further ado, here is the recipe to impress your friends and family ? ♪! . Recipe: 2 Egg yolk 40g Cane sugar 2 tsp Soy milk 60g melted butter A few drops of vanilla essence 50g Cake flour 10g Matcha 250ml Soy milk 2 Egg whites 30g Cane sugar . Topping: Appropriate amount of matcha 50g Mascarpone 50g Anko red bean paste . Directions: 1. Separate egg white and yolk. 2. Add egg yolk, cane sugar, soy milk, then whisk until consistent. Then add melted butter and vanilla essence. 3. Add cake flour and matcha, add soy milk little by little, then mix until consistent. 4. Add egg white and cane sugar and whisk until it whips up. 5. Add 4) to 3) and whisk some more. 6. Pour the mix into a mold, bathe in warm water and heat in an oven (150ºC) for 30-35 mins. 7. Mix anko and mascarpone. 8. After the cake has cooled down, remove cake from the mold. Add 7) and sprinkle with more matcha powder. Enjoy! .
