Throwin down in the kitchen.. making Spatchcock Chicken ! Started out grinding my spices to Rub all over the chicken before putting it on the grill . Then began to make my own BBQ sauce from scratch while I'm waiting for my sauce to thicken and bubble I put the chicken in the oven to bake for awhile . I decided to grill corn on the Cobb for my side dish also making my own butter sauce from scratch adding garlic powder, salt, 1/2 a lemon to squeeze in the pot and obviously a stick of butter ! Can't wait to finish up, put it all together & dig in ?? TY @foodnetwork for teaching me how to do a few things in the kitchen ? #cookingwithlove #surprise #igotthis
