Is coming close to the 100 day mark & thanks to it my future is so much brighter. Honestly , I recommend everyone try it. It can't hurt. When I decided to take it my heart was shattered, I lost 30lbs, lost patches of hair , bags under my eyes, I couldn't sleep, I was a walking zombie. Thanks to the challenge I found myself coming out of that broken shell , piecing everything back up & unleashing a better version of me, mind, body & soul.
