Hello everyone! I’m Chavelli of @idrawletters and I’m super pumped to be guest posting for Sakura this week! I’ll be sharing a few of my favorite Sakura products and how I use them, and I’ll be popping in to answer any questions you may have.

To get started, here’s a little about me: I’m a graphic designer and calligrapher (I love both broad-edge and pointed pen!) whipping up whimsical delights for weddings and other fab events out of NYC. I love calligraphy and type, and as my Instagram name suggests, I love drawing letters.

I also love to travel, which is one reason I’m a big fan of Sakura’s Pigma Calligrapher pens. They come in a range of colors and widths, and allow me to doodle letterforms on the go, without the mess or hassle of dip nibs and ink. I wrote “calligraphy” here in #blackletter using the #PigmaCalligrapher 30 in brown ink, then decorated it with a good ol’ #gellyroll in white! Click through to see the video at 3 times the speed!
