Thought about not posting this for very vain shallow reasons.
Then I thought about how many people ask me for my workouts all the time. I'm not a trainer nor have I ever played sports.
It has always been difficult for me to stay lean and in shape... bc its not a part of my genetics. I love to eat. And I'm not a vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, or anything else. I eat it all. So eating clean/healthy and working out has ALWAYS been challenging. I linked up with @_king.fitness and decided to do a 30 challenge and see how consistency and determination can change my body. ---------------------------------------------------------
I'm going to be posting my workout for the next 30 days. At the end I'll post my before and after.
Hope this inspires you to get up and get moving. Start now. Be everything you've ever wanted to be. It's never too late. I want nothing more than to change for the better and for you all to do the same. You don't have to wait till Monday.

•Push Ups - 3 sets of 12
•Arnold Press - 3 sets of 15
•Biceps Curl - 3 sets of 15
•Lat Pulldown - 3 sets of 15
•Cable biceps Curls - 3 sets of 20

•Sled Pull/ Push - 3 sets of 10 pulls
•Swiss Ball Planks - 3 sets for 1 min each
•Finish with 30 min of cardio
