Morning ritual in the Hinton Household.

6:00am - Make Ky breakfast and protein shake & coffee for me.
.

6:30am - Get Ky up for school ( he just started using his own alarm but you know that's not a sure thing 🙄).
.

6:45 - Check emails and take @1stphorm Adrenal restore (for the coffee intake) and Full Omega to help supplement essential fatty acids (DHA/EPA) and antioxidants found in a high fish diet. It lowers the risk of a heart attack and stroke and also improves memory and blood flow to the brain. Aka "Brain Food".

7:00- yell at him that we're gonna be late for school.
.

7:30- make it on time but tell him he's going to bed earlier tonight. ** Whole care ride today was discussing this years halloween costume. We didn't see eye to eye.

Repeat daily.
