Dear Animal Loving friends: Need your help. Our friend @judiemancuso and her group @socialcompassion have sponsored a landmark lifesaving California state bill AB 485 the Pet Rescue & Adoption Act, that will kick puppy mills out of California. The bill requires all pets sold in pet shops (dogs, cats and rabbits) come from a shelter or rescue group! The bill is on Governor Brown’s desk for signature, and we need to make sure he signs it. We cannot take anything for granted, too much is at stake. He needs to hear overwhelmingly from supporters. So will you please take a moment and send an email to him at leg.unit@gov.ca.gov and ask him to please sign this legendary bill into law.
