What happens when you graduate horizontally?

I started in the bottom with horizontal diagonal sections. I elevated each section close to 45 degrees towards the previous section, to use it as a guide.

Because each section had to travel down the the previous to get cut, each one became longer than its previous section.

What I looooove about graduation is you can customize according to your client's head shape, hair type, style etc it by elevating your sections anywhere from 1 degree to 89 degrees.

Today, I just want to remind you that you are amazing. You have a beautiful gift. You are more than just a length cutter, someone's "girl" or "guy". You are a hairdresser. Using our craft, you get create all these different shapes with hair, addressing people's face shapes, head shapes, hair type, lifestyle etc ...making them feel a certain way because of their hair.
