Today, I took the members of the  American Massage Therapy Association on a journey and explained that being unmotivated can be a side effect of giving so much of yourself that you just have nothing left in the tank! You can’t live your best life or help others live theirs if you’re running on fumes. Every day, wake up and use purpose and motivation in your life to FILL YOUR TANK AND BE FULFILLED.
