It might look like I'm smiling in this pic but think it's more of a grimace! This was me taking part in the 70.3 Triathlon Worlds last weekend. Good swim but as soon as I jumped on the bike my legs felt empty followed by stomach cramps! Followed by hamstring cramps and then finally VMO cramps on the run so called it a day early which is a shame after all the training but as I've come to realise in competitive sport that sometimes it's just not your day however prepared you are. Ah well onto the next one ?? congrats to fellow @team_ichiban members @tomdudden @jano_soto @yuyumoto1 for giving it large on such a tough course. ??
