Take a few of your fave CRAY-PAS oil pastel colors and scribble them onto the page...that’s right just scribble! Now mix up your Koi watercolor, for this piece the base colors I mixed are Prussian Blue #43 with a little bit of Ivory Black #49 in the tube. It creates a deep midnight blue/black color! ❤️Then add a little water on your brush and paint it over the oil pastel scribbles. Let the page dry. Next up grab a few of more oil pastels and your favorite Gelly Roll pens {mine are the Moonlight, Stardust and Gold Shadow} and make your marks.
