INGREDIENTS:
?10-12 - whole raw shrimp
?1 tablespoons - olive oil
?4 cups-unsalted chicken stock
?3 cups- whole milk / divided
?3/4 teaspoons-Flavorgod Himalayan salt and pepper
?1 1/2 tablespoon -Dijon mustard
?18 ounces-elbows pasta/gluten free works
?6-8 ounces-sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 1 1/2 cups)
?3 ounces-Parmesan cheese, grated
?2 tablespoons- brown rice flour

DIRECTIONS:
?Preheat oven.
? mix raw shrimp , olive oil, parsley and #flavorgod spicy seasoning in a small bowl. Set aside.
?place a large high-sided sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken stock, 2 cups of milk, #flavorgod Himalayan Salt&P, #flavorgod spicy and Dijon mustard. ?bring to a boil
?Stir with a whisk
?add pasta to pan. Cook for about 12 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining 1 cup milk; cook 2 min. Add flour, stirring constantly to blend and thicken. Remove from heat; stir in cheddar,6 tablespoons Parmesan.
?arrange raw shrimp on top of pasta. Sprinkle with more Parmesan and parsley
Place in oven at 425* F for 10 minutes. Or until shrimp are fully cooked.
