I let myself get overwhelmed when I don't need to be because it's a familiar place to me. Chaos & panic keep me from creating and then I get to say: See? I suck!
Today, I challenge us to not listen to the inner asshole. To listen closely to the voice within you and the voices around you (your Safe Peeps-see yesterday's post.) there will be naysayers both in your brain and in real life. That's the way it is so get over it. Go forth and do it today. Whatever "it" is. Listen to the voice that helps you get out of bed, that says YES, that helps you create.
