Meant to do a light 15 minute jog this afternoon. Weights were in the am. Headphones on listening to Tom Waits. In another world. Next thing I know I'm not on the path I thought I was going to run. Lost in Central Park and I couldn't have been more found. Was so nice to physical active yet mentally so relaxed and at peace. I'm prepping for change. Lots to learn over the next three months. More than ever. Getting ready. Central Park = Free Therapy. Incredible time of year to be out doing nothing.
