$30 from every Market bag purchased will go straight to the Love Mercy Foundation's Cents for Seeds initiative - an agricultural micro-loan program in northern Uganda. Cents for Seeds targets rural women and empowers them to meet their full potential as farmers, mothers and community members. ⠀
A woman is given a loan of 30kgs of A-grade seeds of her choice. She is also provided with a hand held gardening tool, and access to educational workshops. She plants her crop, tends to it in community with women around her, and then harvests her yield. She is then able to sell her produce at the local market, store seeds for the future and feed her family. We ❤️ @lovemercyfoundation #thehorse
