I can't believe I didn't hear about the passing of #Can's bassist #HolgerCzukay. Some of the most imaginative, kookiest, experimental, groove based art in music. Like Can was hip hop esthetics. I mean yeah the Beatles experimented w splicing & looping but he took it to the next level way before the technology was even invented. Actually between Silver Apples & Gentle Giant & his band ----all of that music was what we #TheSoulquarians were trying to go w for @コモン's #ElectricCircus project (an album whose influence grows and blossoms as the years go by) please please check out their work. It's so powerful man.
