Aloha everyone! I'm Heather (@Havealohawilltravel808), and I’ve been a flight attendant at Hawaiian Airlines for the past 17 years. I’m excited to kick off this new #TakeoverTuesday series featuring a few of my fellow employees ☺️ Living a healthy lifestyle is important to me, so I wanted to share some ways I enjoy staying active in various places around the globe! #SWIPE for more photos.

When I’m traveling, I always fit some type of workout into my day. If I’m at the hotel, I like to squeeze in yoga or a quick workout at the hotel gym. If I’m visiting an awesome city, I make an effort to walk and explore. Comfy clothing and shoes are at the top of my packing list so that I can walk for miles and miles! In the summertime, it's impossible to stay out of the water while I'm on a Sydney layover. I love kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and surfing just to name a few! I also enjoy visiting local CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu gyms. What do you do to stay fit while you travel?
