TAG someone to motivate! This is my personal transformation. I used to think I had "healthy" habits in the before photo. In reality I used to yoyo diet, work out only to "offset" my poor choices, party way too often, ignore my stress and overall I didn't care of myself like I do now. Since the initial photo I've put on a lot more muscle mass & have sculpted my body towards my personal ideal.
