Last week in Japan I was lucky enough to spend one extra day. So I went to the costal town of Kamakura. I spent time meditating beneath the large Buddha as the other visitors buzzed about taking selfies and laughing. It was a joyous place and everyone was so happy to be there. I felt such a sense of calm and joy amidst all the noise and chaos. I can not wait for the next time I can explore this beautiful country!
