FULL LEG WORKOUT ? Give this kettlebell only leg workout a go (switch for dumbbells if needed) ? It left me shaking like a leaf ? ➡️ 3x 10 sumo deadlifts superset with 12 Romanian deadlifts ➡️ 3x 10 Bulgarian split squats superset with 10 jumping split squats (each leg) ➡️ 3x 10 reverse lunges (each leg) superset with 20 jumping lunges ➡️ 3x 10 goblet squats (1 & 1/2 reps) superset with 10 jumping squats ➡️ 3x 10 hip thrusts, 10 pulses & 10 second hold ?
