Back by popular demand, I had my friend and relationship specialist, @baya_voce come onto Money Talks and teach about tools that help us through the grieving process (whether that's grieving a job, a partner, a pet, etc.). She knows grief well, recently going through her own loss when her fiance unexpectedly broke off their engagement.

What I found fascinating is that their break up brought her to a newfound meditation practice, deeper into her work in relationships and self-development, and after losing her hair because of the stress of the breakup, she was turned onto a natural anti-aging hair care line that she's now started to sell because it completely turned her hair around (her hair looked fab, btw!). Baya says grief has a tendency to propel us into a new version of ourselves that we had no access to before going through something challenging and I couldn't agree more.
