Instagram is constantly flooded with photos of perfect body's and lifestyles, all we ever see is beauty and perfection and of course immediately compare ourselves. To be honest lately I don't ever take selfies of myself as my body has changed so much due to my holiday and being sick, and I tend to avoid it because I know I won't like what I see. Why have we become like this? Why do we let ourselves feel inadequate because of someone else?
This is NOT a real life. YOUR life is real. Imperfections are real and imperfections are true beauty. Never forget that absolutely everyone has imperfections of their own and it's what makes us all different and beautiful. LOVE Yourself for who you are and what you are. Work hard for what you want and never tell yourself you aren't enough, because YOU ARE ??❤
