This workshop was created when I realized that I was experiencing a lot of unnecessary suffering from my own world of thought, not my actual experiences in life. When I took a look around, the same went for nearly everyone I came in touch with. As an ex professional dancer, I also recognized that many people are totally unaware when their bodies are giving them signs that they are stuck in their own world of thought and not following their wisdom, their gut feeling, because of the missing connection. With a BA in Psychology, a background in an approach to psychology called The Three Principles, and my experience as a dancer, I set out to create this program.
