My (healthy) version of Swedish chocolate balls.?? These take maximum 5 minutes to make. I keep them in the fridge and love to have one in the morning with a cup of coffee before my morning workout. The oats and healthy fats in this recipe make it a perfect pre/post workout snack. I never measure the ingredients, I just throw everything in to a bowl, mix and tweak as I go.. but you guys are probably gonna ask for the recipe so I've tried to calculate haha. Hope you enjoy!

2 dl glutenfree rolled oats
4 tbsp good quality raw cacao
2 shots of espresso
1 tablespoon cacao nibs
2 tbsp shredded coconut + more for rolling.
2-3 tbsp coldpressed virgin coconut oil
2-3 tbsp coconut sugar (use more Or less depending on how sweet you like things)
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Pinch of salt
Almondbutter and/or Water for desired consistency, I usually use about 2 tbsp almondbutter + 2 tbsp water.
Batch makes: you could get 15, but you could also get 2. It depends how much of the dough you've eaten by The time you're Done rolling the balls?.. I rarely get more than 8, but thats My Fault??‍♀️? (Extra tip: try crushing one up and sprinkling it over fruit or yogurt, it becomes chocolate granola) #chefkellybelly
