Working on ourselves to rise from our past, stories, patterns and fears, and detach from them, is a long process and one of the most beautiful lessons we, as human beings, can learn.
The good news is life always gives us what we need.
Relationships as @mariannewilliamson says is the hospital of our emotions. And often they will give us the opportunity to grow and heal from our past.
When we have the chance to be with someone willing to learn and grow with us it is undeniable the most powerful and vulnerable experience one can have.
So grateful to share my life with my perfectly imperfect and so inspiring boyfriend @matt5000 with who I can grow and learn about my so imperfect self. To authentic and meaningful relationships and to the long ride waiting for us. ❤️#mindfulnessmonday
