Harvey, the storm that swept into Texas as a Category 4 hurricane this weekend, continued its relentless devastation in #Houston today as catastrophic flooding forced evacuations and emergency responders asked the public to donate their boats to aid in high-water rescues. Tropical Storm Harvey is “beyond anything experienced,” the National Weather Service said, warning that the rain could continue for days. At least 5 deaths and more than a dozen injuries have been reported in the aftermath of the storm.
