my heart is so heavy right now for the folks who are in the path of #hurricaneharvey . I've been glued to the tv screen watching the news, and I'm so taken back by the devastating destruction this storm is causing. The pets who are trying to not drown, the children who are being carried, the elderly who are trying to walk through terrible floods, the people standing on their roofs trying to be rescued, the homes that are ruined, and the memories that are lost.
I pray that we can all come together right now to give as much support & love as possible.
Never underestimate the power you have been given through this little tool called social media: today I encourage you to use this tool as a chance to educate your friends about what's going on, a chance to educate yourself & a chance to show how beautiful our world can be when we all come together in times like these.
