The body doesn't always like to cooperate. After pulling up tight from my semi final I did what I could to line back up for the final. Unfortunately to avoid potential injury I was forced to run very conservatively. Big thanks to the Australian medical team for working relentlessly to look after me and ensure that I've walked away from this competition injury free 😊
