Today I'm recommending another restaurant from @itadakimasubyPARCO - Nadai Fujisoba NI-HACHI! They have a variety of healthy and delicious soba starting from only $11++, including [scroll to see!] hot/cold tempura soba, dry maze soba, a very rich and creamy hot mentai cream soba (for all us mentaiko lovers!!), and other appetizing side dishes. My favorite is the Special Truffles Dashi Maki Tamago with Crab Japanese Sauce! It's soooo luxuriously good, with real truffle bits at only $15++! There's also a sauteed sobagaki foie gras dish that I really want to try when I return to Fujisoba again!
