Just trying to stay growing these shouldas, honeyyyy ? I tend to grow muscle in my lower body a lot quicker than upper. I also tend to store fat in my upper body ? Everyone's body is different, so no specific diet and/or training plan will work for everyone. You have to find what works best for YOU. ??? Personally, I work best on a high protein, mod carb, mod fat diet. And sugar is my first love, but I just can't have it ?????? Do you know what diet or training style works best with your body?
