First time trying this bike! Intervals of 10 seconds as fast as you can 20 seconds rest. 8 reps. SO hard. Took a long break of doing intense workouts to rest my body and mind. Feels good! Baby steps to start! ALWAYS remember it is OK to rest and not workout 24/7 everyone needs a break, it's normal! I've learned throughout my years of training at a high level how important it is to listen to your body. When your body is asking for a break like mine was after Rio, give it one. Feeling good and rested and of course a little bit sore! :) @bodybyboyle
