It's me, @chrystalizabeth! With this technique, use a very light and neutral color brush pen to letter the word. You don't want that part to stand out. When applying color, just color little random sections all over the place. You can use a bunch of colors or just a few. And just like before, blend with just a little water and be sure to clean off the brush frequently.
Tip: If you want it to really pop, add a black outline or drop shadow. I used a Pigma FB Brush Pen here. The fine tip makes it super easy to get into small areas within the letters. #GellyRoll
