Did anyone else feel disappointed with GOT's last episode, Beyond the Wall?

I did enjoy the CGI, cinematography and dialogues (esp Tormund's and Hound's), but the plot was a letdown for me.
It just didn't feel like GOT anymore. Predictable, lack of depth, cliché, and too much fan service.

I hope next week's finale gets its mojo back. ?
