10+ days of no hair & makeup. What a freeing feeling. Granted I drank too much wine, barely exercised, and ate my way through Spain...but I feel like taking a break is sometimes a great way to reset. It sucks that taking this break made me not feel good enough to post photos of myself as you can tell by the lack of content. I didn't even end up vlogging & barely wanted to take a photo of myself. The pressure to look like every girl you see on Instagram unfortunately can effect everyone, including me. I love taking care of myself and striving to be the best version possible, but wanting to be perfect is exhausting and unattainable. Just remember Instagram is only a version of a person. I'll stop comparing myself to people if you do too ❤ Cheers to being able to change, grow, & love yourself. Time to get back on track ❤ #TheLaurenLifestyle #MondayMotivation
