Frustration and determination when combined, can be two powerful tools to create something that's impactful like this film. I remember the LA riots and sitting in my living room watching in horror as I saw a city burn. The media's narrative was typical and as a kid, whatever was being said on TV became a perspective of only one that became absolute if I didn't bother to search and understand other views myself. We live in a time where we must learn to understand FIRST before being understood or it just becomes a display of people talking over each other never leading to anywhere good. I am proud of @justinchon for saying "F--- it, I'm just going to make this myself" And not let the roadblocks get in the way of telling the story he wanted to tell. Inspiring. Much respect to the talented cast and crew. So what I'm trying to say is, go watch it. The world needs more stories like this to be accessible to the general public.
