This side dish is perfect for summer backyard BBQs and get togethers involving grilled meats like ribs, chicken, and even smoked brisket or tri tip??‼️

?fresh corn, silks removed, husk on, soaked in cold water 30 minutes
?Butter
?FLAVORGOD SWEET & TANGY
?Flavorgod Pink Salt & Pepper
?limes juice
?cilantro leaves
?cotija cheese

Directions:
I grilled the whole corn on high until charred on all sides, once off the grill remove kernels with a knife.

Next heat a cast iron skillet to high and add butter. Once hot , toss corn kernels with butter, lime juice, flavorgod pink Salt&Pepper , FLAVORGOD sweet & tangy, cilantro and red onions.
Once well mixed and hot remove from heat, plate, garnish with cojita cheese and squeeze of lime.
