TO ACHIEVE THIS #pmghowto LOOK:

一STEP ONE:  Line eyes with PERMAGEL ULTRA GLIDE EYE PENCIL in 'XTREME BLACK' and extend into a wing.
一STEP TWO:  Soften edges and blend into eye socket.
一STEP THREE:  Pack 'BLACK METAL' pigment onto existing shape.
一STEP FOUR:  Press 'GIGABYTE' pigment onto lid.
一STEP FIVE:  Sharpen wing using PERMAGEL ULTRA GLIDE EYE PENCIL in 'XTREME BLACK’.
一STEP SIX: Highlight inner corner using ‘GHOST ORCHID’ pigment.
一STEP SEVEN: Apply ‘DARK STAR’ mascara and false lashes.
一STEP EIGHT: Apply ‘DEEP SHADE’ pigment to lower lash line.
一STEP NINE: Apply a thin piece of tape below wing.
一STEP TEN: Continue to drag out ‘DEEP SHADE’ pigment below the tape.
