I know there are lots of people out there who are willing to help but have no idea how to... MEET ME AND @CHAKABARS AT OLD QUEENS HEAD, 44 ESSEX ROAD, ISLINGTON, LONDON, N1 8LN. 21ST AUGUST @ 7.30PM. This is what our past leaders did, they met up, discussed, united and fought together.

It hurts so much that as black people, we are so disconnected and scattered all over the world that when a disaster happens in Africa or in other black communities, we are unaware of it or even sometimes ignore it and feel it's not our problem if it's not anyone we know. As a result, victims are left to suffer when there is an injustice or a natural disaster since we are always the last to be served by the Government. We need to develop love for ourselves as Africans so when something happens to us or our people, we fight for them and the world can join us in our fight.

We need to make it our mission to take steps to unite as a people and more importantly as Africans, so when these things happen, we can help out immediately. But first we must love who we are, we must love us, love our roots no matter where we are physically based. We can't always be waiting for a Band Aid.. we need to rise up and do something ourselves!!!! Sierraleone has been through so much over the past couple of years and we are NOT about to give up on you now.. #PrayForSierraleone
