"This image was created during my monsoon chase season here in Phoenix, #Arizona. A storm was rolling through a favorite area of mine. I found a foreground in the path of the #storm as it moved right across the fields in front of me. I had my Canon EOS-1D X Mark II and my workhorse EF 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6L IS USM lens set up and awaiting a #lightning strike. I was blessed as the cloud to ground lightning landed right in between the Saguaro cactus nicely framed." - @sklooty
